Job Description

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Address guest room maintenance requests promptly and professionally, including repairs to lighting, locks, air conditioning, and other fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with the hotel’s mechanical systems, ensuring all equipment is operational.
• Monitor, operate, and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and other energy systems to maximize efficiency and comply with safety standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and assist with safety protocols, including fire alarm tests and generator checks.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance work, and inventory of supplies and tools.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and hotel policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.

   

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a technician or maintenance professional, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong technical skills in areas like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Certification or vocational training in relevant technical areas (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is a plus.
